All orders will be fulfilled the same day or next day. Once an order is processed it will be shipped via shipping method selected at checkout. We are experiencing extended shipping times due to COVID-19. Shipping delays are outside of our control.
You will receive an E-mail confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order is ready for shipment. (Please check your SPAM folder for E-mails about your order). We are making all efforts to ship your orders as quickly as possible. You may contact us for an update about your order if it has been over 14 business days from your order date and you still have not received order shipment tracking e-mail.
Lost or Missing Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information confirms that the order has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked "unclaimed" or "Return to Sender," or has been deemed "undeliverable" for any reason by the carrier, we will notify you by email.
The original shipping will not be refunded on RTS (return to sender) packages.
Customers are responsible for any RTS (return to sender) fee that is incurred if the address is provided incorrectly.
Once we receive the package back from the carrier, our option is to either reship the package or refund the subtotal of your order minus the RTS (return to sender) fee.
If you select to have the package reshipped you will need to pay the RTS (return to sender fee) and a shipping fee.
Returns / Exchanges
All Returnable items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY
Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange in cases where the item is damaged. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered to be eligible for returns/exchanges. All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Our Journee Boutique. Please E-mail us within 5 - Days of item receipt for a return approval. All returned items must be back at our warehouse within 14 - Business Days of the customer receiving the order.
In order to keep our items at a low price, we do not offer prepaid return labels and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. However, if you are making an exchange, we will ship the new items back at our expense.
Be sure to provide the tracking number as soon as you ship your return. We will not be responsible if your package is lost in transit back to us.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a store credit will be issued in a form of a code being e-mailed to your e-mail address on file. This process can take 7-10 days. To ensure that your return is valid and eligible for a store credit refund: Always process a return in accordance with our Return procedure.
