All returnable items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY
Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange in cases where the item is damaged. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered to be eligible for returns/exchanges. All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Our Journee Boutique. Please email us within 5 - Days of item receipt for a return approval. All returned items must be back at our warehouse within 14 - Business Days of the customer receiving the order.
In order to keep our items at a low price, we do not offer prepaid return labels and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. However, if you are making an exchange, we will ship the new items back at our expense.
Be sure to provide the tracking number as soon as you ship your return. We will not be responsible if your package is lost in transit back to us.
All orders will be fulfilled the same day or next day. Once an order is processed it will be shipped via shipping method selected at checkout. We are experiencing extended shipping times due to COVID-19. Shipping delays are outside of our control.
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order is ready for shipment. (Please check your SPAM folder for emails about your order). We are making all efforts to ship your orders as quickly as possible. You may contact us for an update about your order if it has been over 14 business days from your order date and you still have not received an order shipment tracking email.
